I help overwhelmed, overthinking teens and adults learn how to quiet their minds, manage stress, and feel more grounded in their everyday lives. Therapy with me is a supportive, practical space where you’ll feel heard and validated. When appropriate, we will laugh and have fun. Therapy can be light, it doesn’t have to be serious all the time! I don’t see you as a series of labels or diagnoses. I will help you learn tools you can actually use. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to yourself.
